From NORTH on the Sprain Brook Parkway-- Exit at 100B Greenburgh/Ardsley and turn left (lOOB is Dobbs Ferry Road). Go approximately 0.5 mile until you see Sprain Brook Medical Center on left. Enter parking lot. We are located in Suite 104.

From SOUTH on the Sprain Brook Parkway-- Exit at 100B Greenburgh/Ardsley and turn left (100B is Dobbs Ferry Road). Go approximately 0.5 mile until you see Sprain Brook Medical Center on left. Enter parking lot. We are located in Suite 104.

From WEST (Rockland, New Jersey Tappan Zee Bridge) -- Take 287 East to Exit 4 and turn right onto 100A South (Knollwood Road) Continue through the intersection of 119 and go up the hill. Make a left turn at the next traffic light onto Stadium Road. At the end of Stadium Road turn right onto Dobbs Ferry Road. Sprain Brook Medical Center is immediately on your right. Enter parking lot. We are located in Suite 104.

From EAST (White Plains) 287 to Exit 4 . Turn left onto 100A South (Knollwood Road). Continue through the intersection of 119 and go up the hill. Make a left turn at the next traffic light onto Stadium Road. At the end of Stadium Road turn right onto Dobbs Ferry Road. Sprain Brook Medical Center is immediately on your right. Enter parking lot. We are located in Suite 104.

FROM LONG ISLAND
Whitestone Bridge to Hutchinson River Parkway North
Take Hutchinson River Parkway to 287 West
Exit 287 West at Exit 4
Left turn at Exit ramp (Knollwood Road) continue
Through intersection of 119.
Make left turn at Stadium Road (first light after 119)
At end of Stadium Road make a right turn
Sprain Brook Medical Center is immediately on your Right
We are located in the back of building in Suite 104.

FROM WEST SIDE OF NEW YORK CITY
West Side Highway North
Pay toll at Henry Hudson Parkway Bridge
Stay straight on Henry Hudson Parkway North
Exit onto Cross County Parkway (Exit 4) (exit right lane only)
Move to far right lane
Exit to Sprain Brook Parkway (Exit 6) Right Lane
Exit ramp forks---continue Sprain Brook Parkway North (left fork)
Merge onto Sprain Brook Parkway North ( immediately move to left!!!)
(right 2 lanes split to Bronx River Parkway)
Exit Rt 100B- Greenburgh/Ardsley
make left off Exit ramp
Now you are on 100 B Dobbs Ferry Road
Continue straight to 280 Dobbs Ferry road approximately 3/4 mile on left.

FDR Drive North
Take Willis Ave Bridge ( Major Degan Exit #18) towards
I-87/Degan Expressway
Get on I- 87 North to 287 East
Exit 287 East at Exit 4
Continue straight to Stadium Road
Left turn on Stadium Road
Right turn at end of Stadium Road Stop Sign (now 100 B/Dobbs Ferry Road)
First right into parking lot Sprain Brook Medical Center
