Prior to starting treatment, one of the appointment coordinators will review the treatment fees and all financial arrangements will be made.

The Dental Design Center policy is such that appointment cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to scheduled appointments or are subject to a cancellation fee.
Third-Party Dental Financing
We have made arrangements with CareCredit who may be able to provide financing for your dental care provided by The Dental Design Center.

Dental Insurance Coverage
Please be aware that we are not in-network with any insurance providers. However, since PPO plans allow patients to choose whichever provider they prefer, many patients with PPO plans choose to come to Dr. Handschuh.
Our staff is more than willing to help you with any questions about insurance coverage if you have dental insurance we will file the forms with your insurance company when you supply all the necessary information.
Our submitting insurance claims electronically decreases the amount of time you will wait for insurance reimbursement. Insurance payment is sent directly to the patient and payment is requested at the time of treatment unless prior arrangements are set up.
Long-Term Financing Plans
For extensive treatment plans financial arrangements are available and can be discussed prior to the start of dental treatment.
